Strange lightweight door car drag racing steering racks are manufactured using only heat-treated, high-strength hardened steel and aircraft grade billet aluminum, resulting in a silky-smooth turning radius and almost zero backlash. Available with either 19 1/2 in. or 24 1/2 in. tie rod centers, they feature hardened 4140 chromoly pinions that ride on a system of ball-bearings, delivering a seamless feel in the driver's hand with the confidence of durability and longevity. The steering box housing is CNC-machined from 6061 T-6511 billet aluminum for lightweight with extreme strength. Everything that goes into Strange door car steering racks--from the self-lubricating bronze bushings that allow the unit to move and flex smoothly to the dual lip pinion seal and heavy-duty, nylon reinforced neoprene boots that keep debris and moisture at bay--is top quality. These Strange steel double-adjustable coilover shocks are designed and valved specifically for drag racing use. They easily permit the independent control of both extension and compression, maximizing your vehicle's performance. The coilover shocks feature lightweight construction with a durable steel body, a large 22mm rod, and a 1.375 in. piston diameter. Strange steel double-adjustable coilover shocks are designed for use with 2.5 in. I.D. coilover springs and include spring seat bearings for easy ride height adjustments. Besides reducing weight and allowing for adjustable ride heights, they are valuable tools to adapt to changing track conditions, control weight transfer, reduce elapsed times, improve down track stability, and allow for more consistent runs.

Strange Pro Series Lightweight Front Brake Kits
Strange Pro Series lightweight front brake kits are designed for spindle-mount wheels and feature their one-piece forged steel rotors. These lightweight, drag race-only brake kits also feature the Strange single-piston caliper kit. The caliper kit employs a unique slider assembly that features internal bearings and precision-ground sliders to prevent the calipers from binding or sticking. The single-piston calipers utilize square pads that slide freely, which prolongs pad life. Strange Pro Series front brake kits include: * Slotted, one-piece forged steel rotors * Strange single-piston billet calipers * Slider assembly * Soft square pads * Billet aluminum caliper mounts * Necessary mounting hardware * Kits weigh 16 lbs.

Strange Pro Race Steel Front Brake Kits
These Strange Pro Race steel front brake kits offer a tremendous weight savings over OEM brake components. The entire 4-piston brake kits, complete with bearings, hubs, rotors, pads, calipers, etc., weigh only 33.5 lbs. They are unsurpassed in detail, as is evident in the hub design. Each hub has one bolt circle. Instead of adding an additional bolt circle, Strange machined five large lightening holes to reduce rotating weight. The billet aluminum hub is further lightened by its scalloped design and fully machined billet aluminum hubcap.
