Speedflow Flare Caps
Speedflow offers flare caps in a variety of materials and sizes. If you have a male AN fitting you need to block off, choose from a full range of aluminum AN flare caps to securely cover the fitting. The caps are a one-piece design, with twin sealing thanks to the AN flare and also a nitrile O-ring that snugly surrounds the flare O.D. to give a secondary fail-safe. The top-quality 6061-T6 fittings are anodized in either standard black or blue—and available in sizes -3 through -20. Speedflow also offers plastic caps as dust caps; these are designed just to block off your fittings when you want to store them or block them off during maintenance. Plastic caps will not hold pressure like the aluminum fittings.

They're designed to be used with Speedflow's 818 Series tube sleeves—to adapt metal tubing by sliding the tube nut and sleeve over the tube and flaring with a 37-degree flaring tool.
