Maintain your engine's heat transfer with a Spectra Premium replacement intercooler. They're designed to minimize pressure drop and maximize heat dissipation—for maximum engine operating efficiency. Built to OE cooling specs, these units feature a vacuum brazed all-aluminum construction, and are assembled from component tubes, fins, and internal fins. The resulting structure is tremendously strong—via the reinforcement provided by the external and internal fins. After the intercoolers are assembled and brazed, the end tanks (or manifolds) are welded onto the core.
