Every aspect of driver comfort and protection has been taking care of while engineering the Sparco ADV-XT seats. They are ideal for GT racing and were made for that purpose as the focus. These seats enable a more comfortable posture and driving position inside the GT cockpits and can withstand more than 6,600 lbs. in lateral force, which is higher than many other options in this class. The seats are made using carbon-fiber, which makes them lightweight yet strong and comes with energy absorption mechanisms in all the key areas that face the highest stress, offering maximum protection to the driver. Sparco 600 Series seat bases utilize the factory seat mounts on your vehicle's floor and provide a flat surface for mounting your Sparco seat. All seat bases are vehicle-specific and provide a 100 percent bolt-in installation. They're constructed with 3/16 in. thick powdercoated steel to provide a strong flex-free mount. In addition to the mouting holes provided for standard bolt-on installation, the Sparco bases have a wide metal platform to allow custom mounting of side mounts direct to the base (drilling required). This direct installation is an option for race vehicles where the lowest seat position is desired.
