On top of being constructed from superior materials, S&S Cycle's Evolution cylinders have thicker castings, larger cooling fins, and better wear resistance than stock cylinders. The design, finish and workmanship of these replacements corresponds to the stock counterparts that they replace. The cylinders feature ductile cast-iron sleeves in aluminum castings and are available in natural or black powdercoat finish to match OEM components. Individual cylinders and cylinder sets without pistons are bored slightly under size and are not honed, so they may be finish-honed to fit your pistons.
