S&S Cycle 97 in. big bore kits will increase the displacement of 88 in. engines to 97 in., are easy to install, and require no machining or re-balancing. Using an 11-fin design, these pre-finished cylinders closely resemble the OEM shape and are ready to install. Order an S&S Cycle 97 in. big bore kit—and take your stock engine case as big as it'll go! Features of the S&S Cycle 97 in. big bore kits: * The 97 in. big bore kits for 88 in. motors yield excellent results with stock cylinder heads * Feature the same silver or black wrinkle powder-coat as stock, so they match the stock finish of the engine * Specifications: 3.927 in. bore, 4 in. stroke, 97 in. displacement, and 9.7:1 compression ratio with stock heads (9.3:1 compression ratio with S&S 89cc heads or 10.7:1 with S&S 79cc heads) * Feature the largest bore (3.927 in.) that can safely be used in a cylinder with stock spigot diameter * Included S&S cylinders feature a much stronger cast iron liner to stand up to the added power * Easy installation: no need to bore or split existing cases, just swap the cylinders *Kit includes cylinders, pistons, rings and gaskets (head, base and exhaust) * For best performance, appropriate camshafts, performance air cleaner, performance exhaust and fuel system tuning is required

S&S Cycle Super Stock Alternator-Style Crankcases
S&S Cycle Super Stock alternator-style crankcases are perfect for stock replacement and high performance applications. Available in stock and different bore sizes, some are machined for the installation of a crank position sensor, but all are compatible with stock flywheel assemblies, primary covers, gear covers, and are clearanced for 38 amp alternator stators. Certain options may include the required hardware, fittings, and bearings, and may be offered in different finishes. S&S Cycle MK-Series Performance Crankcases
S&S Cycle offers MK-Series Performance crankcases for a variety of Harley-Davidson Touring and Softail street bikes from 2017 and up. These assembly replacements enable you to build massive power easily and reliably, particularly with M8 engines, and stock cases can't provide the necessary quality base. MK-Series crankcases are designed to allow for larger bores, scrape more oil than stock, have a larger volume sump, and fit in a stock frame without modification.
