Russell Pro PTFE Swivel Hose Ends
With a focus on durability and superior flow, Russell Pro PTFE swivel AN hose ends are specifically designed to handle the corrosive nature of alcohol-added fuels, including E10, E85, methanol, and standard gasoline. They are engineered to withstand the most demanding conditions, providing reliable leak-free solutions for high-pressure applications. Russell Pro PTFE AN hose ends can persevere operating pressures from 750 to 1,000 psi with burst pressures up to 4,500 psi and temperatures from -40 to 350 degrees F. Pro PTFE swivel hose ends are meticulously crafted to provide a secure, easy-to-assemble connection. An upgrade from the brazed joints on standard hose ends, Pro PTFEs feature mandrel bends with a thicker wall and larger outside diameter made of a one-piece, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum. Available in various angles from straight to 180 degrees and sizes from -6AN to -12AN, they allow for customizable routing to suit the specific needs of each project. Russell precision-machined fittings are given a durable black anodized finish, offering robust performance and an appealing aesthetic to enhance any engine bay. Russell Cycleflex Two-Line Racer Kits
Russell Cycleflex two-line racer kits utilize a PTFE inner liner supported by a stainless steel outer jacketing to eliminate brake hose expansion for a firm brake lever, time after time. These kits consist of two brake hoses that connect directly to the master cylinder using a double-length banjo bolt, with the longer hose attaching to the left caliper, and the shorter hose to the right caliper. This eliminates the OEM 3-hose setup and brake junction, making brake service at the track simpler and improving brake performance. All Russell Cycleflex two-line racer kits come with an extruded clear coat to protect against abrasion on painted surfaces.
