Rugged Ridge heavy-duty clutch link kits replace the factory-style L-bracket with a retainer clip clutch rod with an upgraded spherical rod design. They allow for full clutch engagement during heavy body and frame flex situations while off-road, whereas the factory design has tendencies to bind, not allowing you to get into gear. These heavy-duty clutch link kits can also be used with up to 3 in. body lifted vehicles, replacing the shorter factory clutch rod.
