Ridetech Tru-turn Steering Systems

Ridetech Tru-turn steering systems resolve poor suspension geometry, bad bump steer, and clearance issues on your early Camaro/Nova front-end. These packages include taller overall spindles to improve camber gain, steering arms designed to correct bump steer, and drag link brackets that bolt to your OEM drag link. They relocate your inner tie rod and minimize bump steer, and their tie rod assemblies are designed to integrate with your new steering arms and center link for a bolt-on system. Ridetech 1979-93 Mustang SLA Front Suspension Systems

Ridetech 1979-93 Mustang bolt-in SLA (Short-Long-Arm) front suspension systems replace the stock McPherson strut design with a billet aluminum upper control arm, tubular lower arm and spindles with S550 Mustang hubs. The factory strut design offers very little camber gain and poor overall geometry. This design greatly improves negative camber gain, which positions the tire perpendicular to the pavement through the corners without the need for excessive static camber and overly stiff spring rates. Caster, roll center and Ackerman angles were also optimized. These suspension systems are compatible with either Ridetech coilovers or Shockwave air suspension (sold separately). Ridetech 1967-69 Camaro / Firebird HQ coilover systems include everything you need to upgrade your existing suspension and give your muscle car an aggressive lowered stance with modern drivability. The packages contain front upper and lower control arms, tall spindles, a front sway bar, a rear 4-link, and four HQ Series coilovers for every corner of your vehicle. Buying a complete suspension system removes all the guesswork. Ridetech has spent hours collecting data to find a perfect spring rate and components for your vehicle's performance and ride quality. Product features: * Tall "pin" spindles will induce more negative camber gain to maximize tire contact patch during cornering. Ridetech 1964-66 Mustang air suspension systems are the perfect choice to deliver modern ride quality and handling to your classic muscle car, while providing an ultra-low show stance. (To complete this air suspension system, a Ridetech compressor system is required/recommended.) Ridetech 1964-66 Mustang air suspension systems include: * Upper Strongarms: feature corrected ball joint angles for the tall spindles (the upper ball joint has been moved back to allow for additional caster setting, which improves high-speed stability and steering feel). The Ridetech complete coilover suspension system for the 1961-65 Ford Falcon was built front the ground up to bring the Falcon into the 21st century. Ford Falcons are awesome! However, over 60 years have passed since the first Falcon was built—and the OEM 155/13 in. tires just won't cut it in today's world. FRONT: Ridetech started with fitting 225/40-R18 tires (recommended backspace 5.00 in.-5.25 in.) and then built a tubular control arm setup to provide all the correct geometry to get them to work effectively. The steering was also completely updated to provide quick response and virtually no bump steer. To finish off the front suspension, Ridetech fitted a new MuscleBar sway bar that's heavy enough to take on the most aggressive of drivers.
