Redhorse Performance positive seal valve cover vent fittings are designed to help when plumbing a vacuum or catch can system. No welding is required. Simply drill a hole and fasten one of these Model 9832-12-2 adapters to the inside of valve cover, providing a leak-free O-ring seal. The valve cover must have flat surfaces on both the inside and outside where being installed. Installation instructions are included.

Redhorse Performance offers valve cover oil caps for a variety of applications, including several Chevy and Ford engines from 1997 and up. These easy-to-install adapters convert your factory oil fill tube to a -12 AN male so you can plumb a catch can on your force inducted setups. Simply remove the factory oil fill cap and thread this adapter in. Notes: * Will fit a large variety of GM applications (LT1 LT4 LS1 LS6, 4.3, 4.8, 5.3, etc.) with quarter-turn oil fill caps * Also fits Gen 1 (2011-14) and Gen 2 (2014-17) Ford Coyote 5.0 engines with quarter-turn oil fill caps

These aluminum fittings have convenient hose barb connection points on both ends. They're E85 flex fuel and methanol compatible and can be used for many other vehicle applications where a check valve is needed. The valves are available for 1/2 in. and 5/8 in. hose sizes, with a black, blue, or clear finish.
