Ram Mounts V-Shape base mounts are designed to help accommodate 1 in. to 2.1 in. maximum diameter rails and yokes. Mounting these bases is made simple by placing the saddle-shaped plate on the rail and then wrapping the metal clamp strap around the rail and plate. You then tighten the screw knob on the metal strap with a screwdriver until the strap has a firm hold on the rail. Made from marine-grade aluminum and powdercoated black, they will hold up to years of use.
