Whether your ride has just been mildly modified or transformed into a real fire-breather, you need to consider RAM competition pressure plates. They're available in both fixed and adjustable static-pressure configurations, incorporating explosion-resistant plates made of steel or aluminum—plus features such as chrome-vanadium springs, heavy-duty covers, and high-strength hardware. RAM produces the three major types of pressure plates: diaphragm, with its reasonable pedal pressures and quick, clean releases; and the more heavily competition-oriented Borg & Beck and long styles. RAM Premium Replacement Clutch Kits
RAM premium replacement clutch kits are the first choice of professional installers, because each set contains the correct replacement parts to ensure proper fit and operation in your vehicle. Kits include an OEM diaphragm or lever style pressure plate, clutch disc, and a clutch-alignment tool. Some clutch sets will include a throwout bearing. The clutch disc features either a 5- or 6-spring standard hub or helix hub, just like the originals. These clutch sets are great for unmodified street vehicles and restorations. The flywheel must be resurfaced or replaced prior to installation to validate the warranty. RAM clutch kits are available in more than a hundred models for fitment on thousands of vehicle-specific applications.

RAM Clutch Billet Steel Alignment Tools
RAM billet steel alignment tools are precision-machined for perfect alignment of clutch discs. These specialty tools feature an open backside that allows the clutch pack to be progressively loaded without having to juggle all of the parts when performing the clutch install. Tool models are available to service a variety of pilot and shaft diameters, as well as input spline quantities. This is a must for installing any dual disc clutch unit.

RAM Force 10.5 Dual Disc Clutch Kits
RAM Force 10.5 dual disc clutch kits have a strap-driven floater plate and are precision-balanced for quiet operation. The sprung hub top disc absorbs shock and reduces driveline noise. Force clutches are available with your choice of a 300 Series friction disc or a 900 Series disc. The 300 Series organic disc models are capable of handling 500 to 800 hp; while the 900 Series metallic models can handle between 600 and 1,200 hp. These kits use a marcel spring—a thin, wavy device that helps to eliminate the go-or-no-go tendency that similar dual disc clutches have. RAM Force 10.5 dual disc clutch kits include a billet aluminum, SFI-certified flywheel with a steel insert that has sufficient mass to draw heat away from the clutch without distortion.
