The Radium Engineering Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) is a compact high performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator designed with a unique highly versatile mounting system. It can be mounted directly to a compatible fuel rail port using the included 360 degree swiveling adapter, or mounted remotely away from the fuel rail. The compact size fits in areas with limited space without sacrificing performance. This regulator is safe to use with all gasoline and ethanol blends of fuel. The main inlet port on the regulator is female threaded for 6 AN ORB. A swiveling double-ended adapter is included with the kit that allows the regulator to be used in any compatible 8 AN ORB fuel rail port, such as those found on Radium Engineering fuel rails. The return port on the bottom is threaded for 6 AN ORB. The provided 90-degree 6 AN male fuel return fitting can swivel 360 degrees, permitting a multitude of mounting configurations. Other adapter fittings can be installed in the return port if needed (sold separately). Unlike the previous generation, this DMR has two 1/8 in. NPT side port locations that can be used with a pressure gauge, transducer, temperature probe, etc. Two 1/8 in. NPT plugs are provided. Fuel pressure is dialed in using the preloaded set screw on top of the regulator. Two interchangeable orifices are included with calculated flow diameters to match the fuel pump flow to the regulator. This permits the DMR to be used with practically any horsepower engine. This added precision will resist diaphragm flutter and optimize pressure stability. This design has been tested to regulate over 1,200 liters per hour. Radium uses one of the largest filtration elements in the industry. This translates into a long service life and minimum flow loss, making the filters ideal for high-horsepower vehicles. Radium Engineering offers fuel surge tanks in a variety of styles—including with two or three fuel pumps, and for gasoline and/or flex fuel. A fuel surge tank (FST) is designed to prevent fuel starvation to the engine on vehicles with inadequate fuel tank baffling. Fuel is supplied to the surge tank by a lift pump, which in most cases is the OEM in-tank fuel pump. The volume of fuel inside the surge tank acts as a buffer to always keep the FST pump(s) supplied with fuel, even if the lift pump starves momentarily. This volume is maintained by the lift pump as well as the fuel returning from the fuel pressure regulator. Excess fuel in the surge tank is returned back to the vehicle's main fuel tank. The surge tank also provides a quick and easy way to upgrade any standard fuel system without opening the stock fuel tank. This is an excellent fueling solution for vehicles installing large demand power upgrades such as forced induction.

Radium Engineering's Venturi jet pump kits are designed for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three different Venturi orifices to match a wide range of pump flow rates. The Radium jet pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port. The Venturi jet pump uses a machined aluminum housing that is anodized, and laser engraved. Kit includes three interchangeable orifices that were precisely calculated, and vacuum pressure tested with multiple pump combinations. All hose barb connections are compatible with 5/16 in. or 3/8 in. ID hose. Also, the crossover siphon port can be easily adapted to common hoses as it uses 6AN ORB (9/16 in.-18 O-ring) female threads.

The opening and closing of fuel injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a Radium Engineering fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. The FPD's internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and often help idle surge, especially with high-flow injectors. A fuel pulse damper can also solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling," that are difficult to tune out. What makes Radium FPDs unique?: Along with having the flexibilty of using common fittings, Radium Engineering FPD's use a vacuum/boost reference port which allows for proper fuel pulse damper performance even at elevated fuel pressures. Radium's valves have an internal plunger that dynamically meters the appropriate amount of crankcase vent airflow based on current engine load, preventing the "vacuum leak" that a check valve would create at low loads. Radium Engineering electrical bulkhead connectors are hermetically sealed bulkhead studs for passing high current through a wall or panel. All that is required is a drilled hole in the wall or panel for installation. Each electrical conductive stud is custom CNC-machined from 304 stainless steel. Radium Engineering fuel pump hangers permit the use of one, two, or three aftermarket pumps in the stock MK4 Toyota Supra (JZA80) fuel tank. These serviceable connections are properly sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. The low-profile design keeps all wiring tucked nicely underneath the OEM fuel tank cover using the provided foam insulation.
