The design has dual passages that the fuel can flow through, so there is no loss in fuel flow. Radium Engineering's Venturi jet pump kits are designed for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three different Venturi orifices to match a wide range of pump flow rates. The Radium jet pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port. The Venturi jet pump uses a machined aluminum housing that is anodized, and laser engraved. Kit includes three interchangeable orifices that were precisely calculated, and vacuum pressure tested with multiple pump combinations. All hose barb connections are compatible with 5/16 in. or 3/8 in. ID hose. Also, the crossover siphon port can be easily adapted to common hoses as it uses 6AN ORB (9/16 in.-18 O-ring) female threads.

Radium Engineering fuel pressure gauges offer high accuracy and are suitable for all fueling applications. They feature an acrylic lens with a silicone filled dial that reads from 0 to 100psi (0 to 6.9 BAR) with +/- 2 percent accuracy. The silicone fluid prevents the needle from vibrating for easy pressure readings (the internal bubble is normal). The vent permits air to escape as the fuel cell is filled and permits filtered air to enter when fuel is getting consumed, allowing the tank to breath to avoid pressurization during normal operation. Radium Engineering fuel cell vent kits include an air filter, 6 ft. (1.8m) of fuel vent hose, and adapter fittings. They are available for standard-fill systems with direct fill or remote fill necks or in a high-flow kit that is typically used for quick-fill systems that commonly use a dry break and dump can. The opening and closing of fuel injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a Radium Engineering fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. The FPD's internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and often help idle surge, especially with high-flow injectors. A fuel pulse damper can also solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling," that are difficult to tune out. What makes Radium FPDs unique?: Along with having the flexibilty of using common fittings, Radium Engineering FPD's use a vacuum/boost reference port which allows for proper fuel pulse damper performance even at elevated fuel pressures. This becomes essential for boosted systems that use a 1:1 rising rate fuel pressure regulator. Features: The anodized aluminum housing features two selectable threaded male fittings. Radium Engineering fuel pressure regulators are designed with billet aluminum housings that are anodized for a superior finish and laser etched. Providing a convenient package for plumbing and mounting, the compact housings feature two main high-pressure ports threaded for 6AN ORB, a 6AN male return port, and a 1/8 NPT female port for a gauge, pressure transducer, and the like. Radium regulators are available without a top or with a genuine Bosch 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) or 4.0 Bar (58.2 psi) static top vacuum referenced with a 1:1 ratio and are NOT adjustable. Radium Engineering electrical bulkhead connectors are hermetically sealed bulkhead studs for passing high current through a wall or panel. All that is required is a drilled hole in the wall or panel for installation. Each electrical conductive stud is custom CNC-machined from 304 stainless steel. A special insulating sleeve is also included to prevent panel conduction and galvanic corrosion. The ring terminal accepts 10-12 AWG wire. When separating two hoses, Radium Engineering AN ORB dry break fittings permit a leak-free disengagement while retaining pressure. The couplers use a bayonet-style lock that will not leak when disconnected nor will they introduce air upon reconnection. Simply push and twist the knurled machined surface. They are designed for use in fuel or oil applications and are available in -6AN and/or -8AN flare fittings. The couplers have been successfully tested on Radium's test bench at 150 psi engaged and disengaged. The anodized aluminum fittings are available as a set (inner and outer) or as individual parts. And if a step up (or down) in hose size is required, the -8AN and -6AN fittings are interchangeable. Radium Engineering heat exchanger mounting clamps are a perfect match with their fuel filters. These units have a conductive 6063 aluminum design with cooling fins that help dissipate heat. The units design directly clamps to the fuel filter body with two countersink stainless steel screws. For maximum efficiency, the unit must be mounted in a location where cool air can pass through the cooling fins, such as underneath the vehicle.
