Radium Engineering Radiator Caps

The radiator cap is an essential part of an upgraded cooling system. Radium Engineering radiator caps are engineered to safely improve cooling efficiency by managing the boiling temperature. A higher radiator pressure effectively raises the coolant boiling point, providing an extra safety margin, and preventing air pocket cavitation at the water pump. Each replacement radiator cap is manufactured from stamped stainless steel for durability. They are offered in two common styles: Type-A and Type-B—and all Radium 18-0076-X1X models are electroplated black. Unlike OEM caps, which use natural rubber gaskets, these radiator caps feature premium silicone sealing elements for long-lasting durability. They are available with three different relief springs: 1.1 Bar (16.0 psi), 1.3 Bar (18.9 psi), and 1.5 Bar (21.8 psi). Radium radiator caps are designed for mini size (32mm ID) radiator necks only. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC-machined from aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high-quality surface finish. The kits are compatible with all fuel types, including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
