Radium Engineering Radiator Caps
The radiator cap is an essential part of an upgraded cooling system. Radium Engineering radiator caps are engineered to safely improve cooling efficiency by managing the boiling temperature. A higher radiator pressure effectively raises the coolant boiling point, providing an extra safety margin, and preventing air pocket cavitation at the water pump. Each replacement radiator cap is manufactured from stamped stainless steel for durability. They are offered in two common styles: Type-A and Type-B—and all Radium 18-0076-X1X models are electroplated black. Unlike OEM caps, which use natural rubber gaskets, these radiator caps feature premium silicone sealing elements for long-lasting durability. They are available with three different relief springs: 1.1 Bar (16.0 psi), 1.3 Bar (18.9 psi), and 1.5 Bar (21.8 psi). Radium radiator caps are designed for mini size (32mm ID) radiator necks only. Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hangers
Radium Engineering fuel pump hangers permit the use of one, two, or three aftermarket pumps in the stock MK4 Toyota Supra (JZA80) fuel tank. Features include: * Drop-in OEM replacement * 8 AN male pump outlet * 6 AN male return inlet * Fuel starvation protection * High current electrical hardware * Compatible with various pumps (Walbro, AEM, etc.) * Anodized aluminum construction To simplifying aftermarket -AN hose plumbing, the 10 AN ORB threaded feed port features a low-profile 8 AN male fitting, and the 8 AN ORB threaded return port features a low-profile 6 AN male fitting. To reconnect the OEM return and vent hoses, 8.5mm barb fittings are also included. No permanent modification to the OEM fuel tank access cover is required. The custom designed stainless electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are properly sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. The low-profile design keeps all wiring tucked nicely underneath the OEM fuel tank cover using the provided foam insulation. Nonconductive acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuits. The high quality in-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE. Electrical hardware is included for the fuel pump(s), OEM level sender, and OEM temperature sensor. One issue with all Supra fuel pump hangers is the lack of fuel starvation protection. In these kits, the flow from the FPR return line powers a Radium jet pump. Using a venturi-effect, this "mechanical" pump draws fuel from outside the sub-tank and distributes it directly to the pump inlets.

Radium Engineering Fuel Rails
Radium Engineering offers fuel rails for a variety of styles for specific year/make and engine applications. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC-machined from aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high-quality surface finish. The kits are compatible with all fuel types, including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. Radium Engineering Catch Can Kits
Radium Engineering catch can kits are application-specific and feature large 10 AN ORB ports, a 4 AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. Offered in single and dual catch can versions, the cans are crafted from 6061 billet aluminum, O-ring sealed, and include a stainless steel filter media that is cleanable and reusable and an anodized aluminum mounting bracket. Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tanks
Radium Engineering offers fuel surge tanks in a variety of styles—including with two or three fuel pumps, and for gasoline and/or flex fuel. A fuel surge tank (FST) is designed to prevent fuel starvation to the engine on vehicles with inadequate fuel tank baffling. Fuel is supplied to the surge tank by a lift pump, which in most cases is the OEM in-tank fuel pump. The volume of fuel inside the surge tank acts as a buffer to always keep the FST pump(s) supplied with fuel, even if the lift pump starves momentarily. This volume is maintained by the lift pump as well as the fuel returning from the fuel pressure regulator. Excess fuel in the surge tank is returned back to the vehicle's main fuel tank. The surge tank also provides a quick and easy way to upgrade any standard fuel system without opening the stock fuel tank. This is an excellent fueling solution for vehicles installing large demand power upgrades such as forced induction.
