QA1 X Series rod ends are an excellent choice for 4-link and ladder bar applications. They feature metal-to-metal support for heavy shock loads and increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength. The heat-treated ball is chrome plated, and the heat-treated chromoly steel body is coated for corrosion resistance. Add in a self-sealing liner and a self-lubricating liner that won't pound out, and you can see why the QA1 X Series is the choice for many racers.
