Pacific Performance Engineering Exhaust Manifolds

Replacing your stock exhaust manifold and up-pipes should be the first step in building a high performance exhaust system. Pacific Performance Engineering exhaust manifolds are co-designed by Honeywell (Garrett) and PPE, using CAD software to maximize flow characteristics. The included up-pipe bellows are high-flow, internally sleeved, and manufactured from 11-gauge, 0.120 in. wall aircraft-grade stainless steel with a 2 in. O.D. The exhaust manifolds are machined from high-silicon moly cast iron; feature built-in bosses; and are pre-drilled and tapped for a 1/8 in. NPT EGT sensor. PPE exhaust manifolds will help lower exhaust gas temperatures, reduce drive pressure, and accelerate turbo spool-up while maintaining reliability. Order the model recommended for your application.

Pacific Performance Engineering replacement high-flow up-pipes allow as much as 53 percent more flow than stock pipes, and they're a direct bolt-on to your factory manifolds. Diesel engines, even stock, produce high temperatures and pressures. OEM up-pipes eventually fail from constant temperature and pressure fluctuation. Unlike factory parts, these OE replacement high-flow up-pipes are manufactured from 11-gauge 304 stainless steel.
