Pacific Performance Engineering GM 3.0L Duramax air-to-water intercooler kits add style and performance to your Duramax. The intercooler is 77 percent less restrictive than the stock GM model, featuring flow-optimized, cast aluminum end tanks and a 2.4 times larger, less restrictive core structure. These features along with their all-aluminum bar and plate-style construction and superior fin layout, PPE intercoolers deliver increased cooling with a cooler and denser charge air that also helps reduce exhaust gas temperature (EGTs), increases fuel efficiency, and lowers the pressure drop. PPE's Duramax air-to-water intercooler kits are completed with a diecast support bracket, a billet aluminum turbo adapter that replaces the turbo resonator, and PPE Performance silicone couplers and coolant hoses. They are available in several finishes. Choose the preferred color for your Duramax.

Time and underhood temperatures make factory turbo coolant hose material brittle. Plus, if you replace your turbo or remove the hose, the factory rubber typically deforms or tears. Pacific Performance Engineering turbocharger coolant hoses deliver the ultimate cooling. Constructed with reinforced Nomex® fiber and heat- and UV-resistant silicone, they can handle the increased pressure of racing and competition, the stresses of towing heavy loads, or stop-and-go daily driving. Available in different styles and diameters, select the one needed for your vehicle.
