When you need additional clearance, try Performance Design belt tensioner relocation brackets. Machined from lightweight aluminum, they move the belt tensioner outboard for additional clearance to throttle body when installing the XS LS3 intake manifold.

Performance Design XS intake manifold fuel inlet fittings are available in styles to replace the original or upgrade for added clearance. The straight fitting would be the replacement and the 90-degree swivel fitting offers improved clearance to aftermarket valve covers, coil covers, or other accessories. The 90-degree styles have a factory quick-disconnect fitting to attach your fuel line. Select the fuel inlet fitting needed.

Performance Design intake manifold seal kits are offered for XS and pTR models. Made with premium silicone, each kit will conform to the port seal groove for that application, preventing air, fuel, and coolant leaks. The kits contain an upper plenum/upper shell seal, port seals, and a throttle body seal. Some will also contain bolt and fitting O-rings. Select the kit designed for your intake manifold.
