Performance Design XS intake manifolds break the mold of existing intake manifold architecture to maximize available space under the hood. When designing the optimum intake runner length and shape, the fuel rail gets in the way—so they moved it—inside the intake manifold! Those billet fuel rails feature an external quick-disconnect near the stock location. Testing proved these models, featuring injection-molded, glass-reinforced nylon construction, made horsepower and torque gains on a stock engine—with increasing gains as the engine got more aggressive with camshaft and exhaust upgrades! Other product features and specifications include: * Modular runners with three staggered lengths for best performance * Forward-facing throttle body flanges (90-101mm, 103mm, and 112mm) * Full assembly can be reversed on the engine * Fits under the cowl hood of a C6 Chevy Corvette * Factory MAP sensor location * PCV and canister purge solenoid OEM connections * Accepts standard EV6 LS3/LS7-style injectors * Injector extension wires pass through sealed grommets * Maximum recommended boost is 20 psi * Carbon fiber center bolt cover * Includes stainless steel hardware for installation * Includes molded port, plenum, and throttle seals
