OTC Ford Rear Main Seal Installers
These OTC rear main seal installers ensure that the rear main seal is set to the correct depth of the crankshaft. The OTC installers fit over the seal and attach to the engine crankshaft with the two bolts included. By alternatively tightening the bolts, the seal is pulled into place quickly, easily, and with no damage to the rear main seal.

OTC Injector Rail Assembly Removers
OTC injector rail assembly removers are used for removal of the direct injection fuel rail without damaging the unit. The rail assembly must be removed as straight as possible to prevent damaging an injector bore in the cylinder head or the mount assembly. OTC Injector Seal Installer and Sizer Adapters
OTC injector seal installer and sizer adapters ensure replacement injectors and seals are installed correctly. Two different kits are available. Choose the appropriate one for your application. OTC kit 6757 installs the PTFE seal onto the end of the injector. The pilot cone is placed onto the end of the injector and the seal is started over the cone. The installer pushes the seal into the groove on the injector tip. The sizer goes over the seal to compress it back to the correct O.D. to allow installation into the cylinder head. OTC kit 6756 installs the dual seals onto the end of the injector. These seals must be installed into their grooves, and then sized to the engineered dimension before the injectors are installed into their bores in the cylinder head. Two seal installation pilots for each groove, a seal installer driver, and a compression sizer is included.
