MustangSteve offers brake booster mounting brackets to assist you with your power brake conversion on 1965-1966 Ford Mustang's. This do-it-yourself parts kit includes the firewall bracket plate, a newly redesigned pedal pin, plus the instructions. The custom-fabricated steel plate is for modification of your pedal support. This strengthens and changes the bolt pattern to fit a Fox Mustang type booster. The redesigned pedal pin installs on existing brake pedal to achieve the proper revised pedal ratio. Some kits do require modification to the pedal support and stock brake pedal but will also work with both automatic and manual transmissions.
