Stainless steel pressure valve springs maintain the calibrated pressure for a maximum service life. These Motorcraft radiator caps include a rubber pressure valve gasket, and are able to withstand high temperatures and deterioration caused by coolant chemicals. Any accidental cap removal can be prevented with the "positive low-pressure" feature.

Motorcraft offers air conditioning orifice tubes for a wide range of vehicles—including many Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, and Mazda applications. These factory-recommended replacements are designed, engineered, and tested for durability and performance under extreme conditions. A/C orifice tubes are connected to the accumulator at the outlet of the evaporator. They control and balance the refrigerant, allowing a higher flow during times when more cooling is needed, and a smaller flow when less cooling is needed.
