Mittler Brothers rear-end narrowing tool kits are designed to narrow your vehicle's rear-end for racing or street rod applications using precision-made tools. They include a 1 1/2 in. diameter turned, ground, and polished shaft that is passed through the trimmed rear-end housing (not included) and the inner bearing blocks. This ensures the accurate, square, and true, reinstallation of the housing ends. The kits feature a pinion centering plate and a variety of alignment blocks for specific housing ends, including Ford 9 in., Ford 8.8 in., 10-bolt GM, 12-bolt GM, Dana 44, Dana 60, and 8 3/4 in. Chrysler.

Just drill a pilot hole for the draw bolt and then apply the tool and tighten the bolt for a smooth, flared hole in one easy step. They can also be used as a hole punch, simply by using the punch and die. Mittler Brothers 180 degree bend stop kits are add-ons for use with a Mittler Brothers 2500 180 degree bender unit. They bolt to the side of the hydraulic bender frame, and route shop air through the valve to your hydraulic air pump.
