Mittler Brothers 24 in. variable speed bead rollers feature smooth foot pedal operation. They're manufactured from heavy-duty billet aluminum—and feature an adjustable depth of bead, with Oilite bushings at all rotation points for long life. The rollers have a 1 1/8 in. throat height and can easily handle 14 gauge aluminum, 16 gauge mild steel, and 22 gauge stainless steel. These machines include six types of bead rolls: 1/2 in. flat roll, 1/4 in. round bead roll, 1/16 in. step roll, spoiler roll, tipping roll, and art pattern roll.

Mittler Brothers Ultimate 24 in. 16-gauge box and pan brakes offer all the features of the 48 in. Ultimate box and pan in half the size. With 24 in. of workable space, these bench-top straight brakes have a unique 3-finger design that incorporates moveable fingers on the bed and apron, as well as the usual upper fingers, allowing the operator to make bend combinations that were extremely difficult, if not impossible, before. A unique "3-finger" design--that's the advantage you get with Mittler Brothers Ultimate 48 in. 16-gauge box and pan brakes. These machines incorporate moveable upper, bed, and apron fingers, which allow you to achieve combination bends that are impossible on other brakes. The Ultimates will bend up to 20-gauge stainless steel, 16-gauge mild steel, and 12-gauge aluminum, the full 48 in bed width with the apron angle fingers. Wrenchless upper set back adjustments make them very easy machines to operate. A complete set of upper, bed, and apron fingers, plus a counterweight, are standard equipment; radius finger kits are available separately.
