Mishimoto Radiator Supports

When you bought your Ford Super Duty truck, you made an investment in toughness. You sought it for its rugged, all-American resilience, and you need to ensure that it keeps on truckin'. On the weekend, you depend on that 6.4L Powerstroke to get your boat to the lake and take your family on vacation. All of this hard work takes a toll on your Ford—the bumps, the frame-twisting amounts of torque, and the potholes. As the frame moves, so do vital underhood components, including the cooling system. Mishimoto enables you to push the limits of your truck even further with their new direct-fit upper radiator support crossmember bar for 6.4L Powerstroke-equipped Super Duty trucks. The core support bar is constructed of heavy-duty steel and firmly secures to your truck with hefty, cast-steel anchor points, minimizing front-end flex and improving the truck's rigidity. Designed with the DIY-er in mind, this upper radiator core support crossmember installs in under 30 minutes and allows for extra clearance to accommodate Mishimoto and other large cold-side intercooler pipes without any cutting. Finished in durable black powdercoat, the core support bar was rigorously tested for performance and is backed by Mishimoto.

Mishimoto Universal Single-Pass Air-to-Water Intercoolers

Keeping air intake temperatures low is the key to decreasing the impact of heat soak, reducing detonation, and producing consistent power output. As a result, intercooler systems have evolved substantially over the last decade, bringing liquid-to-air intercoolers into popularity. Mishimoto Universal single-pass air-to-water intercoolers are highly efficient designs that deliver effective cooling in compact packages. Each intercooler features 5mm thick, cast aluminum end tanks that are custom engineered for superb airflow, reducing overall pressure drop through the cooler. The tanks are professionally TIG welded to the cores, resulting in a pressure tolerance of up to 100 psi of boost, plus they feature unique CNC-machined, ribbed inlet and outlet coupler connections, ensuring maximum grip between coupler and piping. They are finish with a durable, micro wrinkle black powdercoat, and they incorporate -16 ORB coolant ports into the core and include 1/8 in. thick steel mounting brackets for an easier install. Providing a single-pass coolant flow configuration, Mishimoto universal intercoolers are available in multiple bar-and-plate core sizes with either same-side or opposite-site outlets. They support builds producing up to 1,500 hp.
