Mishimoto Thermostats
Mishimoto thermostats are effective in noticeably lowering engine coolant temperatures. These thermostats are built with high-quality wax and are shipped with new rubber gaskets (where applicable) for a good, leak-free seal. They are then digitally calibrated for precise operation. Mishimoto thermostats open up at a slightly lower temperature than OEM or standard thermostats once your engine is fully warmed up. This allows the coolant to flow through the engine sooner, thus reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures. The basic requirements for a properly running engine are fuel, air, compression, and spark. A weak spark from your ignition system can result in misfiring under high-load driving, and spark blow-out under high boost, which is bad for performance. Mishimoto ignition coils are high-quality replacements that can bring your vehicle up to Stage 0 before moving on to horsepower adding modifications. Mishimoto Low Temperature Racing Thermostats
A defective thermostat can result in engine overheating and potential internal damage. Improve the reliability of your Toyota cooling system with a Mishimoto Low-Temperature Racing Thermostat and housing! They're designed as a direct-fit replacement for your aging stock unit. The Mishimoto thermostats have a lower activation temperature (71 degrees C/160 degrees F) compared to the factory thermostat (82 degrees C/180 degrees F).
