Milodon Windage Tray Stud Kits
Milodon windage tray stud kits are required to mount a windage tray assembly correctly. The adjustable mounting feature allows you to position the tray as closely as possible to the rotating assembly (minimum 1/10 in.), so the tray can work at its maximum potential. You can also adjust your tray to avoid interference with the oil pan (special torquing requirements apply, and the tray must lie naturally flat after positioning nuts are torqued). These fasteners are available individually or in larger quantities, and are designed for fitment on a wide range of make/model engine applications.

Milodon Mechanical Water Pumps
• Milodon’s exclusive high efficiency impeller design is installed into new GMB castings using heavy-duty bearings and large-diameter shafts. It is the impeller that makes the pump work so much better than a standard, stock design water pump. • Milodon water pumps are available in high-volume (steel or aluminum) and standard-volume versions Pumps are direct factory replacements with OEM hose connections and bosses. • These high-volume pumps have a balanced distribution design (equal flow to both sides of the engine block) and a high-efficiency impeller that increases coolant flow up to 30 percent over stock. • These features increase coolant pressure in the block to prevent hot spots and air pockets and improve coolant flow in the radiator. • A high-flow thermostat is recommended when using a high-volume pump.

Milodon Main Stud Kits
Milodon main stud kits are required where maximum gasket loading and minimal wear and tear are exerted on the block threads. These engine studs are premium-grade, race-quality studs that are created from aircraft-quality 8740 chromoly steel right in Milodon's own plant. They are ground and thread-rolled after heat treatment to ensure the exacting tolerances that Milodon requires for all of their fasteners. This ensures strength and consistent torque readings. The tensile strength of these premium fasteners is 190,000 psi, which is more than adequate for the most demanding applications. All kits come complete with 4130 heat-treated, parallel-ground washers and high-strength nuts.
