Manley H Series Connecting Rod Bearings

Manley connecting rod bearings are high performance, premium Clevite H Series narrowed rod bearings. This legendary brand and series offer a medium level of eccentricity, high crush, and has a hardened steel back and thin overlay. They are made without flash plating for better seating and were developed primarily for use in NASCAR-type racing, but suitable for all types of competition engines. Manley Rotating Assemblies

When it comes to building horsepower and torque, you need to start at the bottom and work your way up. Manley rotating assemblies are designed for performance enthusiasts wanting to get the most out of their engines. Their assemblies feature 4340 forged steel crankshaft and H-beam connecting rods, either 7/16 in. ARP 8740 cap screws with a 750 hp rating for LS engines/900 hp for big blocks, or optional ARP 2000 cap screws for up to 1,500 hp. They use 2618 Platinum Series forged aluminum pistons, chromoly premium wrist pins, Total Seal piston rings, and Clevite "H" Series narrowed rods and "P" or "H" Series main engine bearings. Building high-horsepower performance engines takes a lot of thought and all the right parts. Start off right with Manley rotating assemblies.

Manley Main Bearings

Manley offers Clevite main bearings to deliver the high performance you need for your high-revving engines. To compensate for the high-load factors and distortion in these engines, these bearings have higher eccentricity and a high crush factor. Constructed of tri-metal cast copper lead, they have a steel back for support, a cast copper lead lining to withstand the loads of engine operation, an electroplated babbit overlay on the running surface to provide searing surface qualities, and oil grooves for better oiling. Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are forged from 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed material. They're fully machined to produce the strongest rods possible. These rods are shot-peened to Mil specs and are 100 percent individually magnafluxed. They feature 7/16 in. ARP cap screws with 12-point heads and your choice of material grade to maximize your needed tensile strength!
