Better designed valve springs using state-of-the-art machinery for purpose-built racing engines. Manley Street Master valve springs are manufactured from super-clean, high-tensile chrome silicon steel and are shot-peened to MIL specs for maximum fatigue life. They feature a proprietary multi-step heat-treating that minimizes load loss and have computer-aided modeling to minimize valve bounce and valve gear separation. Manley Street Master valve springs feature a small diameter and are lightweight, allowing engines to rev higher faster. They have an extended tip thickness to eliminate overload breakage and their tightly controlled open-end flatness reduces valve stem side loading.

Manley Street Flo valves are excellent-quality valves at an affordable price. All are made from stainless steel (intakes are NK-841; exhausts are XH-424) with chrome stems and hardened valve tips. Street Flo series valves are fully machined and swirl polished, and both the materials used and the heat-treating process are superior to those of the Budget replacement series valves. They're available in a variety of head diameters, with either straight stems or undercut "Pro Flo" stems for increased flow. Order the set that's compatible with your vehicle and engine application.

Manley titanium valves feature forged one-piece construction with grain flow, not a head welded to a stem. These jewel-like valves are machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances. Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys for both the intakes and exhausts, providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the given temperatures. All Manley titanium valves must pass their rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control enables them to deliver parts within tight tolerance. Custom valves can be delivered within a very reasonable turnaround time. Seat coatings are also available on certain shelf stock part numbers, as well as on custom valves.
