Manley Steel H-Beam Connecting Rods
Manley steel H-beam connecting rods are made from forged 4340 steel alloy. They're packed full of performance features, such as a compact uniform-grain structure for ultimate strength, full machining, stress relieving, and magnafluxing. The wrist pin and big end bores are honed to a +/-.0002 in. tolerance, and the wrist pins get a bronze alloy bushing. These units include cap screw ARP 8740 alloy rod bolts, and each rod set is weight-matched to within 2 grams. Available individually or in a set, order the model recommended for your vehicle year/make and engine application.

Manley Pro Series I-Beam Connecting Rods
Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are forged from 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed material. They're fully machined to produce the strongest rods possible. These rods are shot-peened to Mil specs and are 100 percent individually magnafluxed. They feature 7/16 in. ARP cap screws with 12-point heads and your choice of material grade to maximize your needed tensile strength! Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are available in various sizes for a wide range of vehicles and horsepower ranges from 850 to 1,600 hp. Manley Tour Lite I-Beam Connecting Rods
Manley Tour Lite I-beam connecting rods combine design and finely tuned manufacturing processes to render an outstanding product. They're forged from 4340 aircraft-quality steel and are fully machined to produce the lightest, yet strongest rods possible. The Tour Lites are then shot-peened to MIL-SPEC standards and are 100 percent individually magnafluxed. ARP cap screws are included. If you're looking for robust, lightweight rods, these Manley Tour Lite I-beam connecting rods will get your engine in motion. The replacement rods are available individually and in sets.

Manley Pro Series Crankshafts
Manley Pro Series crankshafts can make your short block bulletproof. They feature forged 4340 construction and undergo a multi-step heat-treatment process and are then nitrided for added strength. The crankshafts are stress-relieved, shot-peened, and magnafluxed. Manley Pro Series crankshafts have micro-polished large .125 in. radius journals, gun-drilled mains, and lightened rod journals for weight reduction. The counterweights are fully profiled and they are designed for internal balancing.
