Manley offers crankshaft keys for LS/Hemi applications. These semi-circular shaped removable parts—also called woodruff keys—fit into matching keyways cut into the crankshaft, leaving protruding tabs. These tabs mate with matching slots on the harmonic balancer flush upon the shaft. Manley Severe Duty Pro Flo Series intake and exhaust valves are a great choice for your high performance or race engine. All valves are made from stainless steel (intakes are NK-844; exhausts are XH-428) with chrome stems and hardened valve tips. Severe Duty series valves are fully machined and swirl polished, and offer improved flow with undercut "Pro Flo" stems. Many size options are available, for applications from 1955 and up.

These Manley NexTek valve springs are better-designed valve springs using state-of-the-art machinery for purpose-built racing engines. They're manufactured from super-clean, high-tensile chrome silicon steel and are shot-peened to MIL specs for maximum fatigue life. They feature a proprietary, multi-step heat-treating that minimizes load loss and have computer-aided modeling to minimize valve bounce and valve gear separation. The Manley NexTek valve springs are smaller diameter and lightweight, allowing engines to rev higher faster.
