Low Range Off-Road steering knuckle rebuild kits contain the replacement parts needed to successfully service steering knuckles. Low Range Off-Road End of Story Transfer Case Cradles

For years, the pages had continued to turn attempting to make the best transfer case cradle for the Suzuki Samurai. Low Range Off-Road set out to put an end to that story and succeeded. Addressing the weak factory brackets, their mounting points and vulnerability in high-torque situations, Low Range Off-Road End of Story (EOS) transfer case cradles mount with 17 points of contact to the transfer case and has a full circle backbone that distributes torque around the whole case. With this added strength comes a dramatically reduced risk of T-case breakage and extended gear life. Low Range also added a 4th frame mount location on the cradle arm, reducing the chances of the frame breaking at the mount points--a common occurrence with the Samurai. Low Range Off-Road budget lift kits are an affordable way to achieve the clearance you need to install larger tires on your 1999-2004 Tracker, Vitara, Grand Vitara, or XL-7. The "Basic Kits" combine Low Range Off-Road's signature red 1.5 in. coil spacers and 1.5 in. front strut spacers to give you a full 2 in. front lift. The rear gets a set of 2 in. coil spacers to get you up to 2 inches of lift. Low Range Off-Road Clutch Kits

Low Range Off-Road clutch kits are available for a wide variety of years, makes, and models. LROR has done their research to find some of the best parts from several clutch manufacturers. If you're looking to replace your old worn-out stock clutch and don't need anything with more grip, LROR's Stage 1 OE-replacement clutch kits are economical and meet or exceed OEM requirements. Like almost all of their clutches, most feature DST (diaphragm spring type) pressure plates--much better than many other aftermarket clutch covers. For an upgrade, look to LROR's Stage 2 dual-surface organic and ceramic clutch kits. They easily surpass factory clutches and provide much better reliability, great engagement, and heavy-duty friction without compromising OE clutch feel. The organic material on one side reduces chatter and maintains near-stock feel. The ceramic side far surpasses woven glass or organic materials. It can handle repeated hard usage because of its impressive characteristics and much higher coefficient of friction. Low Range Off-Road Stage 3 high performance, all-ceramic clutches are their extreme-duty kits. They provide up to twice the life of factory clutches with seriously improved clamping force. Their lighter design reduces the chance of catastrophic failure due to excessive rpm and from clutch spin-down where the disc continues to spin after being disengaged. Low Range Off-Road Transfer Case Mounted E-Brake/Parking Brake Kits

With axle upgrades or rear disc brake conversions, the OE parking brake may be deleted or inoperable. Low Range Off-Road transfer case mounted E-brake/parking brake kits solve these problems by adding a mechanical disc brake on the output shaft of the transfer case. Most kits use the stock parking brake cable. They provide dramatically increased braking over the stock emergency/parking brake--with fewer parts to maintain and no low-hanging cables to be snagged by rocks. They will typically hold on a 45 degree hill with the transmission in neutral. Low Range Off-Road Sport Cage Kits

There is nothing more valuable in your Suzuki Samurai vehicle than its occupants. Low Range Off-Road's Sport cage kits were designed with your own families' safety in mind. Low Range Off-Road manufactures their Sport cages in-house, from .120 in. wall DOM steel tubing, and when properly welded, the cage is very difficult to crush and will serve most off-roader's needs. The rear cage bolts into the floor of the tub, thereby utilizing a large floor plate it spreads the load across a large area, forming a strong attachment point. Cages are shipped in prebent and coped tube segments, ready to be welded together. Installing a tube cage usually precludes the use of Samurai doors, Low Range Off-Road resolved this issue by using laser-cut steel plates on the front lower portion of our cage. With their unique design elements, the front doors shut correctly and do not ruin your nice paint job or your door panels. This also makes it easier to run your door straps. In addition, integrated into the design is a speaker grille that can be removed for speaker installation—and is also made from the same 3/16 in. thick steel as the mounting brackets, therefore, it helps protect speakers from damage. Hopefully you never need it, but if you do end up on your lid, be assured that you'll more than likely come away with only minor scratches to the cage paint. Choose the Sport cage kit that is better suited to your specific application needs—or order both front and rear for a complete cage kit.
