Lokar universal emergency brake cables feature quality, one-piece aluminum adjusters and an aluminum ferrule to eliminate fraying of the stainless steel housing. The outer housing is PTFE-lined for smooth operation, and the stainless inner cable resists moisture. The design allows the rear-end backing plate fittings to be removed without removing the brake cables, for ease of assembly and maintenance. These replacement cables are available for a wide range of applications, from the 1940s and up.

These replacement cables are "U-Cut-To-Fit" and mount to underdash hand and foot brakes. Choose from black plastic or stainless steel housings to protect the cable from fraying. The connector cables are available in universal fitments, as well as application-specific for vehicles from the 1930s and up.
