Lisle Diesel Detector Fluid
What's the easiest way to detect combustion leaks on your diesel engine? With Lisle diesel detecting fluid working for you! The indicating fluid changes from red to yellow when exposed to diesel combustion gases in the radiator, pinpointing a combustion leak so you can correct the problem ASAP! This leak indicating fluid must be used with a combustion leak detector kit and hand vacuum pump adapters, which are sold separately. This is the diesel detector fluid only.

Lisle combustion leak detectors quickly pinpoint combustion leaks! Lisle detectors are easy to use--simply connect the hose to any vehicle vacuum line or use the included red adapter with your hand vacuum pump, place the tapered end into the radiator opening, and start your engine. The vehicle vacuum or the vacuum pump draws vapors through the indicating fluid and changes yellow when exposed to combustion gases from the radiator.
