Kooks Headers Header and High Output GREEN Catted Connection Kits are performance exhaust upgrades for a vehicle, consisting of long-tube exhaust headers and high-output, EPA-verified catalytic converters (the "GREEN Cats") integrated into a connection pipe. They are application-specific, designed for a particular vehicle model and year—and are engineered to improve engine power, torque, and sound by allowing the engine to "breathe" more easily, while still meeting emissions standards. The "GREEN" designation refers to the specific type of high performance catalytic converter with a lower 400 CPSI substrate, making it suitable for high-horsepower applications. Kits are available with 1 7/8 in. or 2 in. primary tube outside diameter.
