Kibblewhite has developed these Tensilite titanium valves to cope with the stress of racings. These valves start life as a solid bar of premium titanium that is forged for the ultimate in strength. The stem is then pulled from the forging process and machined to tight tolerances to prevent premature fatigue or failure. After all of the machining and finishing is completed, Kibblewhite applies a hard titanium nitride shell to further increase the strength and longevity of the valves.
