KBS Xtreme Temperature Coating primer offers one-coat coverage for a rust-free life. Able to withstand up to 1,200 degrees F, XTC silicone zinc primer is free of fluorocarbons, lead, and chromates. This Xtreme primer prevents the corrosion of metal surfaces exposed to high heat, high humidity, condensation, and salt air by acting much like galvanizing as it locks itself to bare metal, leaving a perfectly primed surface.
