It's this level of off-road abuse that prompted ICON to develop a 3.0 Secondary Bypass shock engineered to work perfectly with the Camburg Performance Dual Shock Lower Control Arm kit. The addition of this 3.0 Secondary Bypass means rougher terrain and larger off-road obstacles can be overcome with speed and confidence. With the turn of a knob, the compression and rebound damping of these shocks can be tuned to perfectly complement the rest of ICON's Raptor suspension products for an unparalleled level of on and off-road performance. The ICON Ford SVT Raptor Secondary front shocks are a 3-tube external bypass shock with remote reservoir. These are far from the norm when compared to a traditional bypass shock you see on trophy trucks and other off-road race vehicles. Icon Vehicle Dynamics shock reservoir hose routing kits allow the reservoir hoses from Icon's rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers to be cleanly routed along the rear lower links. This keeps the hoses up and out of harm's way on top of the link and avoids the use of unsightly zip ties or generic hose clamps to keep the hoses in place. CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized black, these clamps not only match the Icon shock absorbers, but will hold up well against corrosion over time. Kits are offered for use with links in two diameters. Choose the one best suited to your application. ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 EXP coilover shocks are an ideal front and/or rear suspension option for 2021-23 Ford Bronco models. They combine the performance of a fully rebuildable 2.5 in. diameter premium shock absorber with the convenience and cost-benefits of re-using the Bronco's factory coil spring and other components. EXP bridges the gap between spacer lifts and threaded bodied coilovers, providing suspension lift, custom-tuned performance and maximum travel, all in an economical package. EXP Series is based on ICON's proven 2.5 in. diameter Aluminum Series shock absorber, featuring a one-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock body. Hard anodizing provides a great-looking, consistent finish with superior resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The massive 7/8 in. diameter shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated. EXP shocks use the factory shaft-up orientation, with the shaft ends machined to re-use the Bronco's OE upper shock and spring mounts. EXP Series shocks utilize a one-piece digressive piston design and are custom-tuned for the Bronco in conjunction with their stock coil springs to maximize damping performance and provide unsurpassed ride quality, on and off-road. The increased piston size and shock oil volume provided by the 2.5 in. diameter aluminum body also provide superior heat dissipation compared to the smaller, steel bodied OE shocks—resulting in longer-lasting shock performance over prolonged use at higher speeds and through rougher terrain. For those who would like to further tune their suspension, EXP shocks are fully re-valvable (and rebuildable) by any qualified shock technician, with parts available from ICON.
