Icon Vehicle Dynamics Leaf Spring Expansion Packs
ICON Vehicle Dynamics offers rear leaf spring expansion packs for a variety of applications, including the 2007-21 Toyota Tundra. Unlike traditional add-a-leafs that obtain lift height at the cost of stiffening the spring rate and sacrificing ride quality, these kits replace all the factory secondary leaves while only retaining the factory main and overload springs. This allows ICON to soften the spring rate to increase ride comfort while also increasing ride height—maintaining load and towing capacities, and increasing wheel travel when paired with ICON shock absorbers. A new U-bolt kit is also included to make the installation a breeze. The rear upper and lower links help free up rear axle movement on the 2021-UP Ford Bronco to allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. Icon Vehicle Dynamics Steering Tie Rod Ends
The strength limitations of the Ford Bronco's factory steering tie rods has been well documented, especially by Bronco owners who venture into the big rocks with big tires. These ICON XD Forged steering tie rod kits remedy this with better materials and beefier dimensions than the stock units. The inner tie rod and ball stud is CNC-machined from 4140 chromoly. The adjustment threads, where most failures occur on stock tie rods, are 18mm on the XD Forged tie rods versus 14mm on stock Bronco tie rods. The outer tie rod is forged steel and has the same bend as the stock tie rods for fitting all of the Bronco's factory wheel diameters and offsets—along with just about any aftermarket wheel. The tie rod end is a beefier, metal-on-metal joint that's greaseable for extended service life and has the same range of operating angle as the stock tie rod ends.
