Icon Vehicle Dynamics multi-rate leaf spring packs include an add-in-leaf to create systems that offer a major performance gain for most any truck setup, even those requiring more load-carrying capabilities. These user-adjustable multi-rate leaf packs feature tip inserts and leaf separators that lessen friction, reduce noise, and increase ride comfort, while military-wrapped eyelets improve the durability and strength of the leaf spring. To increase the ride quality of your truck and gain additional droop travel, the spring rate has been lowered slightly—and this is where the add-in-leaf works. For those who have outfitted their trucks with significant weighty additions, the additional leaf can be exchanged or added to the pack yielding an additional 10 percent or 40 percent spring rate (depending on kit). OE leaf springs can have limiting factors … especially with fully loaded rigs with racks, rooftop tents, and the like. Redefine the potential of your truck; adjust leaf spring rate to compensate for your specific truck setup, be it unloaded or fully loaded, with Icon multi-rate packs.
