Icon Vehicle Dynamics multi-rate leaf spring packs include an add-in-leaf to create systems that offer a major performance gain for most any truck setup, even those requiring more load-carrying capabilities. These user-adjustable multi-rate leaf packs feature tip inserts and leaf separators that lessen friction, reduce noise, and increase ride comfort, while military-wrapped eyelets improve the durability and strength of the leaf spring. To increase the ride quality of your truck and gain additional droop travel, the spring rate has been lowered slightly—and this is where the add-in-leaf works. For those who have outfitted their trucks with significant weighty additions, the additional leaf can be exchanged or added to the pack yielding an additional 10 percent or 40 percent spring rate (depending on kit). OE leaf springs can have limiting factors … especially with fully loaded rigs with racks, rooftop tents, and the like. They are constructed with CNC-machined and bent .250 wall 1026 seamless DOM tubing and powdercoated for added durability, however Icon also has 6061 aluminum bar versions available. All track bars are easy to install, allow for full suspension articulation without binding, and offer on-vehicle adjustability for precise track alignment.

Icon Vehicle Dynamics Intelligent Control Installation Kits
Icon Vehicle Dynamics Intelligent Control installation kits are must-have, smart tools to have onboard your vehicle. They package computer, along with application specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wiring harnesses to ensure your install is easy and clean looking. Choose the proper IIC kit for your vehicle. Icon Intelligent Control (IIC) is the computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes data in real-time. Information from the onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. IIC has the capability to collect information at over 1,000 times per second, process the data, make adjustments, and then deliver those changes to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 ms. IIC also works as a data driver to connect the user to Icon's proprietary mobile app interface for monitoring and adjusting shock settings. The IIC app brings all this technology together by offering a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust the system's performance via Bluetooth connection. Users can easily alter the shocks' baseline settings for firmness, as well as adjust the sensitivity of vertical "G-Boost" and lateral "Corner Boost" with a few simple taps from their favorite iOS device. The app includes several preconfigured "Drive Modes" (Normal, Desert, and Haul) but also offers the ability for users to create an unlimited number of unique presets using their own custom settings. To top it all off, you can record data from your trip including time, speed, distance, and G-forces for your very own Iconic overview.

Icon Vehicle Dynamics Tubular Adjustable Link Kits
Icon Vehicle Dynamics offers tubular adjustable link kits for a variety of applications. The rear upper and lower links help free up rear axle movement on the 2021-UP Ford Bronco to allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. They're formed using 1 3/4 in. x .313 wall DOM tubing for high strength, with CNC-machined threaded ends and bushing housings—and feature a multi-stage black powdercoat finish. Upper links are designed specifically for improved fuel tank clearance at maximum articulation; while lower links are designed for high clearance for reduced contact with trail obstacles. A massive FK rod end at one end, along with a dual-durometer high angle greaseless bushing at the other end, yields the best combination of maximum travel and articulation, while isolating and damping road noise and vibrations. Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 EXP Coilover Shocks
ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 EXP coilover shocks are an ideal front and/or rear suspension option for 2021-23 Ford Bronco models. They combine the performance of a fully rebuildable 2.5 in. diameter premium shock absorber with the convenience and cost-benefits of re-using the Bronco's factory coil spring and other components. EXP bridges the gap between spacer lifts and threaded bodied coilovers, providing suspension lift, custom-tuned performance and maximum travel, all in an economical package. EXP Series is based on ICON's proven 2.5 in. diameter Aluminum Series shock absorber, featuring a one-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock body. Hard anodizing provides a great-looking, consistent finish with superior resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The massive 7/8 in. diameter shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated. EXP shocks use the factory shaft-up orientation, with the shaft ends machined to re-use the Bronco's OE upper shock and spring mounts. EXP Series shocks utilize a one-piece digressive piston design and are custom-tuned for the Bronco in conjunction with their stock coil springs to maximize damping performance and provide unsurpassed ride quality, on and off-road. The increased piston size and shock oil volume provided by the 2.5 in. diameter aluminum body also provide superior heat dissipation compared to the smaller, steel bodied OE shocks—resulting in longer-lasting shock performance over prolonged use at higher speeds and through rougher terrain. For those who would like to further tune their suspension, EXP shocks are fully re-valvable (and rebuildable) by any qualified shock technician, with parts available from ICON.
