They are constructed with CNC-machined and bent .250 wall 1026 seamless DOM tubing and powdercoated for added durability, however Icon also has 6061 aluminum bar versions available. All track bars are easy to install, allow for full suspension articulation without binding, and offer on-vehicle adjustability for precise track alignment.

The strength limitations of the Ford Bronco's factory steering tie rods has been well documented, especially by Bronco owners who venture into the big rocks with big tires. These ICON XD Forged steering tie rod kits remedy this with better materials and beefier dimensions than the stock units. The inner tie rod and ball stud is CNC-machined from 4140 chromoly. The adjustment threads, where most failures occur on stock tie rods, are 18mm on the XD Forged tie rods versus 14mm on stock Bronco tie rods. The outer tie rod is forged steel and has the same bend as the stock tie rods for fitting all of the Bronco's factory wheel diameters and offsets—along with just about any aftermarket wheel. The tie rod end is a beefier, metal-on-metal joint that's greaseable for extended service life and has the same range of operating angle as the stock tie rod ends. For the most hardcore off-roaders, the ICON Vehicle Dynamics XD Forged tie rod kit (45212) is recommended as part of a comprehensive steering system upgrade strategy. Icon Vehicle Dynamics billet rear link arms are available for upper and lower positions, and both styles are adjustable. Icon's billet aluminum link arms are significant upgrades over the factory units due to increases in strength and performance. CNC-machined in-house from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance, they feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation and reduced deflection, plus multi-durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise-free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. Together, the quality rod ends and bushings allow your vehicle's suspension to function as intended, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form. Icon Vehicle Dynamics Intelligent Control installation kits are must-have, smart tools to have onboard your vehicle. They package computer, along with application specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wiring harnesses to ensure your install is easy and clean looking. Choose the proper IIC kit for your vehicle. Icon Intelligent Control (IIC) is the computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes data in real-time. Information from the onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. IIC has the capability to collect information at over 1,000 times per second, process the data, make adjustments, and then deliver those changes to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 ms. IIC also works as a data driver to connect the user to Icon's proprietary mobile app interface for monitoring and adjusting shock settings. The IIC app brings all this technology together by offering a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust the system's performance via Bluetooth connection. This keeps the hoses up and out of harm's way on top of the link and avoids the use of unsightly zip ties or generic hose clamps to keep the hoses in place.
