Howards Cams Track Smart 3 4340 Crankshafts

Howards Cams Track Smart 3 crankshafts are computer-designed and forged from premium 4340 steel. This process includes double stress relief operations that make these cranks dimensionally stable. After machining, the units are hardened with a deep nitride for superior wear resistance, ideal for abusive track environments. Properly placed counterweights improve balance and reduce bearing loads. All rod journals are drilled and counterweights are profiled for piston clearance. Track Smart 3 replacements crankshafts are available for specific Chevrolet engine sizes and strokes. Order the model recommended for your application.
