The big block Chevy downswept headers feature 2.125 in./2.25 in./2.375 in. stepped primary tubes and 4.5 in. collectors with merge spears to maximize exhaust flow—resulting in horsepower and torque gains over a broad rpm range. RacingHearts are available in chrome plated mild steel or polished 304 stainless steel. Hooker Super Competition headers feature tuned primary tubes to create optimum pressure between the intake and exhaust systems. Hooker Super Competition headers include premium exhaust gaskets and new mounting bolts. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer.
