Hooker Competition headers are designed for stock or mildly modified engines for the value-conscious buyer. Made from durable 16-gauge steel, Competition headers feature 5/16 in. thick flanges that are heavy enough to maintain header integrity, yet pliable enough to seal each exhaust port. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

Hooker Blackheart Gen III Hemi swap headers are one part of a fully engineered swap system that provides maximum component clearances, ideal drivetrain geometry and clearance for an aftermarket exhaust system. These high-quality long tube Tri-Y swap headers are made from 304 stainless steel and feature 3/8 in. thick flanges, 18-gauge with 1 7/8 in. primary tubes, and 3.00 in. collectors. These swap headers provide clearance to the brake booster, steering shaft, starter motor (both left and right side mounted starters), and provide clearance for several automatic and manual transmission options. This highly engineered swap system eliminates the installation guesswork, and compatibility uncertainty that is common with universal swap parts.
