Specifically designed for use with the Holley 8.2 in. SBF Hi-Ram intake manifold, these EFI low-profile SBF Dual Sync distributors share all the same great features of other Holley EFI Dual Sync distributors. Holley's low-profile intake manifold for Ford's 7.3L Godzilla engine, when paired with a 20-340/20-340BK oil pan and accessory drive kit, allows for easy installation into vintage vehicles, kit cars, and other space-restricted applications while retaining the factory hood. The design focus for these manifolds was equal cylinder distribution and great street manners. The low-profile intake manifolds offer a much cleaner alternative to the original plastic intake; they provide anywhere from 2 to 3.5 in. of additional clearance, will correct the OE throttle body angle by 55 degrees, and increase the opening to 92mm. Holley accelerator pump cams will allow you to "tailor" accelerator pump performance to your engine's actual requirements. They include cams that have a different shape or profile to give different results. Cam "lift" directly affects the accelerator pump stroke, and, therefore, pump capacity. Ramp profile or shape controls the "timing" of the shot. A steeply-rising ramp shape will give a fast, heavy fuel shot right off idle. Conversely, a gently sloping ramp will spread the pump action over a longer period of time.
