Holley EFI tachometer input ignition adapters are for applications using a CD Box, such as an MSD 6AL, while not using timing control. They're designed for use with Sniper 2 EFI systems and external ignition control boxes with tachometer signal output. Not for direct connection to coil.

Holley Tach Input Ignition Adapters

Holley tach input ignition adapters are only used on applications using a CD box, such as an MSD 6AL, while not using timing control. They plug into the connector labeled "ignition" on the main harness. The loose yellow/black lead connects to the "Tach Out" terminal of the ignition box. Never connect this wire directly to the ignition coil.
