Holley Sportsman Model 4500 Dominator carburetors feature the patent pending new Holley Gen 3 main body, which is 5/16 in. taller than the previous generation! This new height allows for larger radius air entries to deliver smoother flow—which equates to improved throttle response and consistency. An extended air cleaner flange is incorporated for easy air scoop attachment when using the available air scoop adapter. Other features include all-aluminum construction, tunable billet metering blocks, throttle position sensor mounting points, and knurled (hand adjustable) curb idle screws. Each calibration has been dyno and track tested to deliver proven performance! By popular demand, Holley is expanding the draw-thru supercharger carburetor line to now include the 4150 XP Series. Like the existing HP line, these carbs are available in 600, 750, and 950 cfm flow rates—and standard polished with black accents. The feature-laden XPs include a contoured venturi inlet for balanced airflow, screw-in air bleeds for precision-tuning capabilities, high-flow billet metering blocks, billet base plate, and Dominator-style fuel bowls which allow plumbing from either side. Supercharger XP carburetors also have a unique capability that allows their power valves to reference the intake manifold vacuum below the supercharger. This enables the power valve to operate as it should, based off intake manifold vacuum. A power valve provides further enrichment to the main metering system under load (low vacuum) conditions. Holley Gen 3 Ultra Dominator carburetors feature a brand new main body, brand new state-of-the-art calibrations, high-volume HP fuel bowls, and sizes up to 1,475 cfm! The metering blocks are fully adjustable (emulsion bleeds, power valve channel restrictors, and idle feed restrictors). These carburetors include redesigned Holley HP fuel bowls for racing. Internal baffling helps to control fuel slosh and minimize float level fluctuations in hard launching or cornering situations. The HP fuel bowls also have material added in key areas (the needle and seat, fuel inlet, and sight window areas) for added strength in demanding race environments and can be plumbed from either side.
